I'm new to this whole e-cigarette thing. Where do I start?

We highly recommend that you research locally, through vaping forums/blogs, or by visiting your favorite manufacturer’s website for product information. First things first... You’re going to need a Starter Kit and e-liquid.  We recommend our Pod devices if you want something refillable until you get comfortable trying other things. A kit should include everything you need to get started but please check thoroughly before purchasing. We also have a wide variety of Disposable Vapes that allow you to try different flavors!

How old do you have to be to buy a vape product?

You must be of legal smoking age (18 years or older) to make purchases in-store or online. We reserve the right to ask for further proof of age via government issued identification. We also reserve the right to refuse services if proper identification cannot be provided. They are not recommended for women who are pregnant or breast feeding. (This is our opinion only, not health advice).

Are there nicotine-free versions available?

Yes, we have 0% nicotine products available as well as Nicotine Pouches.

Do vaping products require batteries?

Some have batteries built-in, and you cannot remove them, others whilst higher end products like Mods use removable batteries. Some mods also charge via a micro-USB cable.

How often can I vape? Can I use vaping products as often as I would if I was smoking?

As often as you like – there are no rules. Generally, your body will tell you when it has enough nicotine as you will naturally stop craving it.
